Connection problems with Destiny 2: how to solve? Asking a new modem?

Hello everybody,

I am sorry if I text to you in English but my French is very basic.

I am a gamer and as my "colleagues" I have big problems with Destiny 2 on Xbox One.

I read that it's possible asking the substitution of my Technicolor modem with a Sagem one.

What is the procedure?
