I am a new customer using Minimus pack and i am highly disappointed with the internet connection Proximus provided. It is barely 3mbps while it has been advertised as 100mbps. Well, i was not expecting the max speed but at least 70 mbps or something. The techinician has arrived today and his only explanation was that my home is far away from center. However my friend who is living just 200m away can get 75 mbps speed! I need to work from home very frequently and it is utterly disappointed to have a very slow connection while paying a small fortune. :(
