I have had an Internet connection problem for two days. In particular, I cannot permanently access the internet from two PCs (laptops). There is also a connection problem with the wifi booster - it does not connect to the modem, so we cannot use a set-top box to watch TV. This problem appeared yesterday afternoon. We tried to recharge the modem, then the decoder and the wifi booster, and tried to connect the wifi booster with the modem several times, but it didn't work. Yesterday we had a phone call with the technical service of Proximus, and they suggested that we recharge the decoder with a pointed stick, which we did. We were told it would take about 40 minutes for the decoder to charge. Since then, nothing has changed, because we believe the problem is with the wifi booster - it still does not connect to the modem. And, probably, the main problem is that the Internet does not work properly - it always goes out for a few minutes. The wifi LED is always blinking - it does not light up steadily.
