Today I have taken over an apartment and find out that there was in the past internet from your company already installed.  So I would like to ask you if the Technik attendance is necessary or it is possible to activate the connection distantly.

Proximus collaborateurs normally are not present anymore on this public forum till tomorrow morning

The Bbox3 modem/router normally is installed by a technician on site and the line (copper pair) will be to be reconnected at streetcabinet level (or LEX Local EXchange building)

Hello @pavel.zlatak When you submit a connection request, automatic systems tell us whether there is a need for on-site intervention or not. If there has been no modification on the line then a technician should not intervene.
