Resiliation du contrat


Hi. I've cancelled my contract with Proximus almost 2 years ago when I moved. I've been receiving invoices ever since. From time to time I call and spend 40 min on the phone with someone who in the end cancels all invoices, makes a credit note, and next month we start again. TWO YEARS!!! really???

My latest confirmed contract cancellation is dated January 2018, but i am still receiving invoices.

Recently i went to a Proximus store and logged a complaint (. The staff, very helpful, assured me everything was ok now and I will not receive any more invoices. They even sent me a satisfaction survey! and the, next month, guess what, another invoice!!!
