probleme srve0260e à l'ajout de produits sur myproximus

J'ai reçu code d'activation, etc pour activer myproximus, quand je prends l'option "ajouter produits" et après avoir donné les renseignements demandés je tombe sur une page d'erreur comme suit et rien ne se fait ... j'ai essayé 3 browsers différents !

Plusieurs utilisateurs peuvent utiliser MyProximus.

En tant que premier utilisateur, vous devenez automatiquement le gestionnaire (SPOC) de tous les comptes MyProximus de votre société. Une fois votre inscription complétée, vous pouvez bien sûr attribuer les droits d'administration à quelqu'un d'autre via « Mon profil - MyProximus ».
