Proximustv - you are not an NTE user

I can't see proximus TV with the app or the browser. Although I login with my administrator account email the system replies that I have to login with an enabled administrative account. I have proximus Tv in my pack, I watch the television on standard tv but the app doesnt let me see the tv in my phone.
Sur le site Proximus TV j'obtiens le message "No accounts available as you are not an NTE user." quand je vais dans " Ma ligne Proximus TV".
Quand j'essaie de regarder une chaîne : "abonnement Pour accéder à ce service, un abonnement est nécessaire. Veuillez vous connecter à votre compte MyProximus pour y souscrire."

Je suis bien connectée à l'aide de mon compte MyProximus et j'ai bien un abonnement comprenant la TV L'application ne fonctionne pas non plus sur mon smartphone, en Wi-Fi sur ma ligne fixe ou en 4G.
