I have been trying all the contact numbers of Customer Service but in vain, as I am unable to find an english speaking customer service executive.
I have a Belgacom TV, internet and mobile connection. I have opted for the usual standard package for Belgacom TV. I would like to receive Baby TV in english. What do I do for this, and whom do I contact for the same.
Please let me know.

Baby TV seems to be only broadcasted in French or Flemish. I've tried the button "AUDIO" without success.
If you don't find a english speaking person on the phone go to a Belgacom shop. I'm sure they will do the best to help you.

Baby TV is (at this moment) available in French and Dutch for all Belgacom TV subscribers. Baby TV is not available in English on Belgacom TV. There is nothing you have to/can do.
