Je ne me souviens pas avoir été informé ni par email ni par courrier que le tarif de mon abonnement internet Maxi Proximus Pack/Ligne fixe allait augmenté dès le mois d'aout !
je passe de 48.20 à 49.99 ..
Je trouve cela une pratique frauduleuse !

Sur le site mesfournisseurs.be, le tarif pour l'internet Maxi est toujours à 48.20 ... Comment cela se fait il que je doive payer une facture de 49.99 pour le mois d'aout?
J'ai encore vérifier la facture et le détail RIEN ne lie ce surcout à une quelconque utilisation différente de ma part.

Same thing here. The invoice increased on August from 48.20 to 49.99.
There was no notification in the previous invoice.

I'm thinking to change for another operator, I don't see any added value to keep proximus, specially if I have only the internet access.

The same for me. I only use the internet subscription and with these kind of prices and a speed that never passes 80mbps our only option is to look elsewhere. Anyway, I doubt Proximus cares about couple of people leaving since they have a huge share of the "pie"
This is internet in a Western European country in 2017: 50euros for 80mbps. Outrageous!
While in Eastern European countries you pay 8.5 euros for 1000mbps
