Hi,
my subscription to TV, Internet a and mobile phone number have been cancelled by 18.5.2017. Unfortunately, I'm still getting bills for mobile phone number whereas I'm not using it anymore. I have declaration from proximus that the mobile phone number has to be cancelled by 18.5.2017. Right now I'm in US and I'm not willing to spend money for call from US to Belgium. I'm not able to find email contact in MyProximus or to create claim. Please, can you help me to contact right person to really close my subscription to mobile phone?
