Hello all, can anyone explain what "usage outside of bundle" is? I have a 63 euro charge on my current usage, under Surf in Belgium. But I live in Belgium, have been here all month (did not go abroad). My regular data usage says that I've only used 3.8GB of my 4GB. I've also only used 44 min of my 300 min. So what is this mysterious 63 euro for "usage outside bundle" for "Surf in Belgium"? Disappointing: in calling Proximus, I was told that I couldn't get any answers until after I've received my bill. So if I continue to accrue charges because I couldn't get an answer, will those be waived? It's not really acceptable that I can't get helpful answers until after I've apparently gone over my usage. 😕
