Récemment ma vitesse de Connexion semble très basse. Normalement il est 4096 Mb/s (réellement 400kB/s téléchargement). Maintenant il est < 100 kB/sec.
Je viens de faire un essai sur http://www.speedtest.net/ est la vitesse reportée est 0.5 Mb/s.

en abonnement Intense, je suis tres eloigné du minimum acceptable.
Une petition a été faite, regarde dans le post mentioné plus haut.

I signed the petition but have decided that I'll simply change supplier and join Telenet (we already have TV with them). I'm sick of the high prices and poor service at Belgacom. Telenet is cheaper and gives better download speed Plus, my colleagues (most of whom subscribe to 100 Mbps) are happy with their service.
p.s.
My download speed varies between 4Mb (what I pay for) 1 Mb and 0.5Mb. It is very consistent and it is clear that Skynet are throttling the connection (no doubt because they do not want to pay for the bandwidth).

i too had the same problem. i did my speed test through this site. http://www.scanmyspeed.com/. it showed 2Mbps
