I have ordered a Sumsung NOTE 9 from Proximus webshop on 23th November, but don't receive it until now. I have contacted Proximus , the service people told that I MUST contact Bpost, and Proximus can do nothing. Bpost told that because of the Contract between bpost and Proximus, I can't proceed the complain, and Proximus should do. no one try to solve the problem. I bought the phone from Proximus, so no matter which post your Proximus choose, Proximus must send the phone to me in time.
Besides, the Sumsung has closed the application, so I can't get the cashback of Black Friday promotion. Who will be responsible for my loss?
