I am abroad and WITHOUT service since more than 2 weeks!!!


Great service... I use my phone professionally, had an extreme bill (I was in Russia and so-called used a lot of data traffic while I disabled data roaming upon arrival and reactivated upon leaving) and after I paid this bill (okay, 1 day too late) I got disconnected. As I am still abroad, the reactivation doesn't seem to work, no phone for 2 weeks now and NO support at all (I call from another phone internationally and have to wait forever)! I have to go to a shop? I will, to cancel my account immediately... 0473xxxxxx
