I am not receiving monthly bills at home by post as per my choice of delivery for the last 3 months even though supposed to receive paper bill. I tried to chat using my proximus which nobody ever answered. I tried with Facebook page admin and admin said as per my profile it is delivered to my address. But nobody listen that yes i know my choice i should receive at my home and i received before but not last 3months. I suspect this is politically arranged by someone from proximus customer care because i complained against a custoner care agent who behaved bad in phone. However, i never heard if any action was taken against that agent. Can anyone make sure that i receive the bill at home?
