No information on delivery of samsung galaxy s10+ which ordered on 29th Nov

I have orded samaung galaxy s10+ on 29th Nov but till today i have not recived order which was expected to be delivedred on 2 Dec. Last week customer care told me that I will get update over weekend. As I have not received any update I called again on 9th and they told me there is problem with my order and its cancelled but i never recived any email or sms. Cusotmer care guy told me to call again tomorrow to check with some other person (back office expert) for exact reason. I didn’t expected such response from Proximus. If you cancel the order then atleast inform the customer. I was planning suprise gift for my wife on her birthday but you ruined.
