Why is Proximus sending me bills? I never had Proximus! Please check and stop sending me bills

Hello @Me081 it's a bill for Late cancellation of order. You canceled while the technician was present to install.

Thank you for your email, but no. The technician was never present. The order was cancelled in advance.
