I connected to proximus using My new home offer. Description is throough this link: proximus.be/mynewhome
This offer includes one free TV option. I choosed TV option: Family NL. But in the last bill I see that you charged me the amount of 17.42 euro for this option. This is not correct. This option shall be free as it is included in the MyNewHome offer. Please correct this amount, and send me the updated bill.
