plan de paiment

  would like to ask about plan de payment for nr. client 62*****52. 

There was a delay with my last payment and my telephone and internet is blocked. I work online right now and its not possible. I have 324€ Is it possible to make 3x   108€ ?

N'hésitez surtout pas à compléter votre profil en indiquant votre numéro de ligne ou de client. (Pas d'inquiétude, ces données resteront confidentielles sur le forum) Autre conseil : La réponse à votre question est correcte ? ‘Likez’-la et signalez-la comme ‘Meilleure réponse’. L’ensemble de la communauté en bénéficiera plus facilement.

I had a payment plan but there was a problem with my payment because of my job ( Coronavirus restrictions)Now we are working again and I can loose my job without internet. Please  It’s not possible to make a payment plan again?

@angel2422 , in this case it's better taking contact with the financial service , you can reach them via the Myproximus application => support => chat with us or by making a call at 0800 33 800.
