Activer internet Maxi

Good afternoon,

We have Internet Star and we ordered Internet Maxi the 14/09 but the new month started and we do not have any news about unlimited conectino. We tried many times to call sevice client, but is impossible to reach them. How can we get the Maxi Internet activated? How long is taking?

Hi @JM33 , all is OK now, internet maxi is active since this 01/10.  Did you receive the confirmation by email?
