B-box 3V+ change or repair

Hello, 

Our b-box 3v+ is not working for some reason. Could we receive a new one or claim for a technician to repair it?

There isn’t any customer support on this forum at the weekends (moreover during Easter weekend). You’d better call the 0800 55 800 for a quick replacement of your b-box 3.
