I have complained about the internet Issue to the help desk on August 9, 2023. A technician came 2 days after to look in to it  but not able to rectify the problem so he said he will come again. Help desk offered a bundle of internet free of cost for a month. But due to stability reasons I could’t connect this mobile data for work and had to travel to my work place even during my teleworking days which costs me around 200 € + Efforts. 

The technician didn’t show up again. I complained again after waiting for 20 days on August 29th, 2023. Technician showed up again and almost corrected but still some synchronizing issues was there hence not fully rectified it. 

You have to compensate me for these reasons

  • The efforts and transportation costs I took for going to the office (above 200 €)
  • I took 2 days off from the work which cost me around 238.709677419 €
  • 20 days without access to internet.
  • Difficulties faced by me for communication due to unstable mobile internet connection
  • poor followup process from the side of the company

After asking for compensation, they only offered a discount of 5 € per month which in total 60€ which is unacceptable. Hope no one go through this horrible situation.

We are really worried about this bad experience but I see you have received a compensation of 5 and 3€ during one year after your recent complain. This represents a total of 96€ for a compensation. Therefore, I regret to inform you that I am not able to offer you more. 😥
