Fiber installation - appointment available only after 23 days

My spouse and I have just subscribed for the pack of fiber + mobile . However the installation visit for the internet will take more than 23 days! We both work from home and now we are worried if we will be able to stay at our recently rented apartment in this meantime. Does Proximus offer an alternative solution for this period?


The Proximus public wi-fi is not available for our computers right now because the "fiber internet" product was not activated yet.

Hello @diogoplacer , This is the first installation date we have took . 

You can use your smartphone in bluetooth for work until your installation .

We added  1TB to be sure . Thanks for your patience
