Fraud?


Dear all,

After having received a confirmation of my order, I have received an email from 

rcv.raft.fraudteam@proximus.com asking for a copy of my ID to be sent to the email  doc@proximus.com.

As the email address looks suspicious, I would like to ask if this a normal procedure. Thanks in advance

Hi @HelenaSFM , I confirm this adress . Don’t worry about this .  After check, your order is valided and technician will come 9 nov.  Have a nice day .
