My internet invoice has been increased from 56,99 per month to 60,99 euro per month. I need to know why you have decided to increase my invoice while I only have one product with you, which is unlimited internet for the price of 56,99 euro and that's the service I have bought!

When you took out your Maxi Fiber internet subscription, you benefited from a discount on your subscription, which ended on 16/07.

This explains the increase in your bill.
