I need to send an email to Proximus and I found out that it is impossible.

I do not want to call because I want to have a written trace. Besides, waiting times are long. Furthermore, I have to prepare a series of numbers (client, phone, etc.)

I do not want to chat with a machine because it does not understand what I need and what I say.
