I have this problem "Oops, something went wrong. Please retry or come back later."  on the MyProximus app.

I want to deactivate "Block mobile payments " or if is another option. Can you help me??

I can't deactivate/activate anything from app

The username you use to log in relates to an account that has been deleted.

I released the associated email address. Could you give me your customer number and your login email by noting it in your profile, "ticket" field please? Thank you in advance
