I have been trying for 4 days now to pre-order S22+ with a mobile subscription, but it keeps giving me this error after the identification step:

Toutes nos excuses, le système a connu une défaillance technique. Nos développeurs font de leur mieux pour résoudre le problème, veuillez réessayez plus tard.
The support just says wait wait wait, and they won’t make the order from their side, but in 3 days the promo would be gone!

Just a follow-up.
It worked after trying to do the identification again here: http://www.proximus.be/identificeer
And then when placing the order, although the error showed up again at first but I changed the language from English to French, and then it worked fine.
