Hi, I would like to set up my proximus mail account/mailbox in my Proximus account, But when I follow the instruction to create a new mailbox for me under proximus mail services, the website always said there is no mailbox available. Yes, that’s true, I didn’t have any Proximus mail account now, I am going to set up one, but the website doesn’t redirect to the right page, I would like to request for the help or any suggestion in this situation. Thanks a lot.

I deleted your account number on the public forum, by security ;)

I added it in your profile detail, it’s private :)

 

You only have a mobile phone with proximus, not internet connection, it’s why it’s impossible to create an email address in myproximus.
