My Proximus App doesn't show all the devices connected to my WiFi. So I can't control access to some of the connected devices e.g Xbox or smart TV. Can some one advise how to solve it.

Under tab of Smart Wifi > Manage my devices > Devices:
- It just shows the list of all devices with status as Not Connected and it also doesn't show the option of allowing or stopping Wifi access.
- And despite the fact that some devices are connected it show them as Not connected
It is giving me a real tough time and despite multiple requests to Proximus and despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app the problem is still there!!!
