My Proximus App doesn't show all the devices connected to my WiFi. So I can't control access to some of the connected devices e.g Xbox or smart TV. Can some one advise how to solve it.

Under tab of Smart Wifi > Manage my devices > Devices:

  1. It just shows the list of all devices with status as Not Connected and it also doesn't show the option of allowing or stopping Wifi access. 
  1.  And despite the fact that some devices are connected it show them as Not connected 

It is giving me a real tough time and despite multiple requests to Proximus and despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app the problem is still there!!!
