How to fix "please send PASS command"



New problem today: cannot connect to skynet (E-mail).

Fault message: Échec de l’envoi du mot de passe pour l’utilisateur Le serveur de courrier a répondu : please send PASS command

How do we fix this?

The mailbox was closed probably because the address is not attached to an active account.

Problem solved OK yesterday, via chat with Proximus.

Solution: “mise à jour”, but I don’t know of what.
