Dears,
We have a V6 set top box, it started having blank images for sometime. But as the days went, duration of blank image increased and now it is completely blank. eg 2 seconds display and 10 seconds blank.
The problem is happening for more than a month, we are not able to watch TV at all.
Please help.

Problem resolved now, it was a problem with system settings . I changed the Systeem - beeld - resolutie scherm to 1080p and the blank screens stopped appearing now.

I need to reboot your devices remotely but you will lose the internet connection for 5 minutes. Is it ok with you that I do this?
We are still having the problem, but it s little better, blanking out every 30 seconds compared to 10 seconds early.
