Bonjour,
Suite à la fusion des mailbox de Scarlet avec Proximus, celle-ci est transférée sur les systèmes informatiques de Proximus.
Depuis lors j’ai des soucis avec des adresses mails héritées des intégrations précédentes de Scarlet avec les mails à destination de Gmail.
En réponse je reçois le message suivant de Google en annexe.
Tout porte à croire que l’enregistrement SPF ou DKIM de yucom.be (et probablement d’autres domaines hérités) n’a pas été fait lors du transfert des mails box.
Un mail a été envoyé à dnsmaster@proximus.com pour demander d’ajouter le SPF record pour le nom de domaine yucom.be
Sans réaction, ni résultat à ce jour, y a-t-il un autre moyen d’atteindre les personnes concernées ?
