cancel order


Dears,

The order R************U should be cancelled. From the moment I sent the order until I received confirmation took 2 months. If I count also the days from the confirmation until now, add another 2 weeks. I told you to cancel many times through my proximus. Please cancel and take the package you sent it. In the mean time I contacted other internet supplier so I don’t need your services. I did not scheduled any appointment for installation and you did it without my consent on 5th of January (after more than 3 months from initial order). Please! You are too slow for me. This is the customer number: ********. If you have questions please call me. You have the number inside the customer profile. I don’t have time to spent waiting at your call line. The package you sent it, you can find where bpost left it. I will not touch. You can come and take it. You have the address because you sent it!.Sorry for that but it’s your fault, you solve it!
