smartphone + subscription


I ordered a smartphone + subscription on 20/10/2021 so basically from more than 1 week.

The order does not appear in my proximus account, I have an open case reference (4******9) nothing else.

When I try to contact proximus, I just get a response like: we ask for you patience , we will contact you soon. I wonder how much I have to wait. It’s not really a good idea to say we will deliver in 3 days and you can’t even process the order in 1 week ! 

You have an excellent customer support in the store but the webshop disappointed me.

Can you help me to fix the problem please ? .

After checking, I see that your case is currently still being processed.

I contacted the service concerned in order to a case manager can take charge of it and contact you as soon as possible to give you an answer.

I deleted the reference of this file in your post and I indicated it in your profile in order to protect your personal data
