I got the DIY installation because I needed urgent internet. Got it connected and internet never came up. Called to get assistance. They told me I needed to book a technician and that I could not resolve it on my own. Okay, got an appointment for today (Tuesday 30 of August). Proximus van showed up to my door, waited 5 minutes and then left. Called to know what happened, they told me I missed my appointment and I needed to take a new one. Is this a joke? 

Got one for Friday but I need an urgent solution given I telework.
