I am a loyal Proximus customer for years but recently i encountered a bad experience while trying to order the new iPhone 16 Pro. I have tried several times to order but each time I receive a message WARNING (you cannot at this time order a combined offer smartphone and subscription online. We will remove it from your cart. Could anyone please help how to fix or resolve that issue??

As i would like to order the new iPhone 16 pro when i see it available on stock.

Actually the problem is still not solved, I managed to order the devices by phoning the customer service, they made the orders for me and I am happy to received them.  

I hope not to encounter the same issue in the future when I upgrade again.
