I’ve been trying to cancel one of the 4 phone numbers in my account.

Besides the long wait times when trying to speak with one assistant, I ended up being ghosted and ignored by the one that (eventually) was assigned to my call (someone names Bas).

If I was only trying to cancel one number, this lack of respect for the customer is leading me to search for a new provider altogether. Horrible customer service (unless you want to buy stuff) and zero respect for the (paying) customer!!!!!
