Dear Sir or Madam,

My Sim card xxxxxxxxxxxx is not working. I would like to know what is happening. I am not receiving the bill for this number. I dont know whether it has been included in the factur of the other Sim that I have in my name.

Can you please give me the instructions on what should I do to make it work again?

I have just become aware of the problem you are experiencing. 
Have you ever tried to restart your smartphone? 
Also, when you say it's not working, are you talking about calls, texts and datas? 
Could you also send me your SIM card number by mentioning it in your private profile in the "ticket" field?
