Need to port out from Proximus
I tried to order the Apple iPhone 8+ on the website. It doesn't allow me to add smartphone subscription to my existing no. I need to take a new no. I think this is not acceptable and would prefer to port out of Proximus. Can someone suggest how can this be done?

it can be combined with your current subscription/phonenumber if you don't already have a combined mobile Phone & subscription offer, but customer care agents do have to combine your request with your current phone number (0800 55800)
In case you really want to port out you do have to contact another network operator who will take care of it
