VSDL2 coverage on Rue Flandre, Brussels

Hi,

I have retested the speed test on my address and I see a max theoretical speed of 15 Mbps while I get around 6 Mbps.

How can I order the migration to VSDL2? I am still running on ADSL technology

If I check the speed here:

It already shows 15 Mbps download, if the work is on hold, why the speed test returns a wrong value?

I made the test on my customer page and it seems the upgrade to VSDL2 is possible, can I request the upgrade as soon as possible?

I contacted the customer support, they assured me the swap to vsdsl2 was going to be done asap,

Is it done? I see now the test results are worse than before!

6 Mbps in Adsl is pretty fast (for Adsl) 😉 I have 2.

Otherwise, I think
1/ they don't speak english here

My advice: is there any Telenet/Numericable/Voo offer at your location ?
