pay-and-go activation


Hello, I registered my sim card on Saturday but it didn't get activated. I am out of Belgium currently and have no service at all. No luck in trying to reach any kind of technical support or customer service. The automated system says the card is blocked because I haven't identified myself which is obviously not the case. I won't be back in Belgium for 10 more days and I expect some important calls. I even topped up thinking this might solve the issue but nothing changed.
Is there a way this can get fixed?
Sorry about writing in English, but I've exhausted every other means of communication and it seems impossible to talk to a human.
