Hi! My name is Heidi Kjærnet (customer number: *********). I have tried several times to cancel our internet, TV and Mobile subscription via your online form. However, it asks for a number (landline?) for both TV and internet, and as far as we know we have only ever received a mobile number. When I fill in the mobile number, I'm told it's the wrong number. We are leaving Belgium in a few days so we need you to cancel it for us since your online cancellation service is of no use.
