Cancelation internet subscription and changed the mobile service provider


I canceled the internet subscription via phone call but i have not received any confirmation via email or message. Can you confirm that the internet subscription is canceled and send me a notification? I still see the internet subscription and the mobile subscription(after changing the provider) on the apps and I received the bill with them included. Customer no. 62******59.
