Acces admin Box Internet


Bonjour,

Pour ma domotique, j’ai besoin d'accéder au dashboard admin du routeur (internet box sagemcom cs 50001). Je ne trouve les mots de passe nulle part, et le lien du routeur (192.168.128.1) est inaccessible.

Comment puis-je resoudre ça?

Si vous bénéficiez d’une Internet Box, il n’y a plus d’administration locale du routeur. Vous devez vous connecter à votre espace MyProximus ou bien utiliser l’app gratuite Proximus+ sur votre smartphone ou votre tablette pour y accéder.

This is the kind of ANTI CONSUMER bull crap that seriously makes me consider switching to a different isp when i am moving to my new place. How am i supposed to troubleshoot my router when I don’t have a connection to the internet with the router? I hope you won’t get away with this thats insane!

You can use any router or DSL/fibre modem for more than a year now. If you prefer a device that has a local web interface, feel free to replace your network appliance.

You’ll just have to keep the router or modem provided by Proximus in order to test if any issue appears in the future.

Okay thats new to me and maybe I missed the newsletter where this information is properly disclosed. But still I don’t get it how a device needs to be tethered to the web for remote configuration when it’s right in front of me. Average consumer might not care but for tech savvy people it’s still a no go especially when its not for ourselves but for others that might need help on a Sunday. More support requests for Proximus I guess..
