We have continuous issues with the internet dropping off especially around midnight. I have reset the box twice and still problem persists. Either red light solid or blinking white. This is the worst quality service I have seen in Europe and on top of that one of the most expensive offers (even compared to Switzerland). Request immediate and durable fix
