No show of Technician for Installation

Hi,

We were suppose to have a technician visit on the 19th june for wifi installation, however no one showed up, now i have no idea when they will show up, on the app waiting for the last hour to connect to a contact support person to understand when the technician will visit.

I can see that a new appointment has been scheduled for June 29th between 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
