Problema cu internetul


De 4 zile nu îmi funcționează deloc internetul de acasă. Am urmărit pașii de pe My Proximus de a da un restart la router,și nici o schimbare

Hello ​@Andrei-Laurentiu Viziteu , by using your connection data on this Forum I see that your modem has not been restarted since September 4th. Also, I see a transfer volume of 25GB. Can you restart it with the 0/1 button located on the back please? Is it only the wifi that is not working?
