How can I stop Rougeplay service which appears on my Proximus invoice as charged to a third party?

 

I have never consciously subscribed to something like this (I don’t even know what is it), but it charges me every week as of second half of March.

I did send them an email asking for subscription stop and they already responded confirming it.

 

Hopefully they will stop it tight away (it was not clear from their message) - I will see it on my next Proximus invoice.
