I had appointment (R4WEBSHOP020593520) for internet installation on 11/18 12:30pm to 5pm. But the technician never show up, no email or phone call to let me know what’s the problem. Then when I try to contact you through phone call or web chat, no one answers.
I need the internet connection for remote work but right now I can only rely on mobile data which only has 15Gb budget. Pls fix the problem immediately.
